His grandparents, passionate cooks,

butlers were in the merchant marine and his uncle was a horse butcher. At age 8, Ronan Kernen knew it would be Chef. In addition to his passion for cooking, he enjoys sports in high doses, which allows it to be in full possession of his means to create and produce its food.

It has a Breton origin impressive career:
